Our Past

Methodist circuit riders Jesse Richardson and his son John, along with their families, established a preaching point in the 1820s in the Nacoochee Valley which came to be known as White Church and later as Nacoochee Methodist Church. For almost 200 years, the people of Nacoochee have been on mission in this community and around the world.

Our Present

Even in the midst of a global pandemic, the people of Nacoochee continued to worship, study, serve, and give so that everyone we could reach would know the love of God in Christ Jesus. The worst is behind us and the Lord is still leading us and moving through us His people.

Our Future

As we go forward, our goal is to always minister with our purpose in the forefront: To know Christ and make Him known to all. Our desire is to always to show the love of the Lord to one another, to our guests, to those around us in this community, and to people around the world who need a Savior.
