Sundays at Nacoochee
Let's face it. Sunday is THE day at NUMC. It's about worshipping, no matter what style is your preference. It's about small group age-graded Bible study in our classes with curriculum and trained teachers ready to meet the needs of every member of the family. It's also about being together, catching up with one another, carrying the loads our friends are bearing, and letting our joy in the Lord be contagious!
9:00 am
Praise Worship
If you are the parent of a preschooler, the best place to park is in a spot on Rabun Road. Our greeters will help you get your little ones situated with Mrs. Judy, and you'll be asked to leave your cell number in case you are needed. Then go to the elevator straight ahead and go up, grab a cup of coffee, and come on into the Fellowship Hall for contemporary worship. School-aged children will be dismissed at the midpoint of the service to go with Miss Stephanie for Children's Church, and they'll return to the Fellowship Hall at dismissal time. Can't quite give up that soft recliner at home this Sunday? No worries; participate from home via the nacoocheemethodist.com homepage.
11:00 am
Traditional Worship
Just look for the steeple of the church from Hwy 17 and you'll know where to go for our traditional worship service. You'll hear the same great message from Pastor Keith as in the early service, but we will sing the hymns of the ages and you'll hear the choir as well. You can catch this service on our Facebook page as a bonus!
10:00 am
Sunday School
Between our two worship services, we offer Sunday School classes for every age group. Let one of our greeters give you the tour and feel free to visit more than one adult class!
